The Bankruptcy Act, 186l.
Notice of the Granting of Orders of Discharge.
The Bankrupts hereinafter named have had Orders of Discharge granted or suspended as hereinafter mentioned by the several Courts acting in prosecution of their respective Bankruptcies, and such Orders will be delivered to the Bankrupts unless an appeal be duly entered against the judgment of the Court, and notice thereof be given to the Court:�
George Smith Stredder (sued as George Stredder), formerly of Laurel-grove, Penge, in the county of Surrey, then of Saint Paul's-road, Walworth, Surrey aforesaid, Stone Mason, then of No. 7, Woodstock-road, Shepherd's Bush, in the county of Middlesex, Commission Agent for the Sale of Marble and Stone, adjudicated bankrupt on the 23rd day of July, 1862. An Order of Discharge was granted by the Court of Bankruptcy, London, on the 20th day of November, 1862.
